but in your own personal space.
The studio is used
exclusively for one-to-one personal training.
Emphasis is placed on
your own personal goals, utilising a variety of training techniques,
including cardio-vascular, muscle conditioning, flexibility and core
strength.
Exercise levels are
carefully monitored and tailored to meet individual requirements and
fitness levels, ensuring optimum improvement through progressive
programming.
Results are monitored
through computerised fitness screening and goal achievement
interviews.
